Intro

mycujoo was founded in August 2014 and is the first project developed under Empower Sports AG, a company created to offer sports stakeholders dedicated Social TV platforms. We are working together to support players, small and medium size football clubs, leagues, competitions and federations to empower their businesses by managing their own professional channels.

Are you a mid/senior level Product Owner with experience working in self organised, cross functional teams? That sounds super exciting, what will I be doing?

You will be part of a cross functional team in mycujoo, in which engineers, a product owner and UI/UX work together to solve challenging problems on a specific domain. In this team, you will:

  • Take full ownership of a product stream, the prioritisation of new features and enhancements to existing features
  • Master the competitive landscape, to ensure we have an offering that stands up well against others and provides novel value
  • Work to optimize and plan the product roadmap to achieve the company’s strategic goals most efficiently
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers working in self organised agile teams
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products
  • Understand mycujoo's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognised best in the industry
  • Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Main requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • You have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience working in self organised agile team delivering value utilising multiple technology stacks
  • Proven experience building a backlog of user stories in an Agile product environment
  • Knowledge of the product landscape and competitive field, and ability to perform effective competitive analysis
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
