Intro

mycujoo was founded in August 2014 and is the first project developed under Empower Sports AG, a company created to offer sports stakeholders dedicated Social TV platforms. We are working together to support players, small and medium size football clubs, leagues, competitions and federations to empower their businesses by managing their own professional channels.

As a DevOps engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining the infrastructure of Mycujoo, this includes the streaming platform which is instrumental to the Mycujoo business model.
  • You will be working with industry-leading tools and platforms such as Docker, AWS, Google Cloud, NodeJS, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, InfluxDB, Grafana etc.
  • Other tasks include working with the development team with building API’s, creating workflows, and facilitating deployments. You have the ability to both maintain and write code and the infrastructure required to run that code, everything from development to production.

Main requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Work with Linux-based system management
  • Work with SQL based databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Work with NodeJS, Python, PHP and Bash scripting
  • Strong knowledge about Amazon AWS / Google Cloud
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • HTTPS load balancers such as Nginx
  • Ansible, Terraform and Packer
  • Linux distributions such as Ubuntu and CentOS
  • Experience with Docker
  • You know how to work with Redis
