Main requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer experience design
  • Ability to plan/ conduct user research, tests and ideation workshops
  • E2E user journey and experience mapping, prioritizing decisions
  • Ability to define personas, design experience maps, flows, prototypes
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas and requirements into solutions
  • Strong ability to develop effective relationships and work as a team
  • Critical mindset, challenging assumptions, open to learn new ideas
