Intro

We're looking for an IT Helpdesk to help clients to implement the MedicineOne Software, giving support in several stages:

  • Identify and gather requirements
  • Install apps
  • Parameterization
  • Teach the client
  • Face-to-face follow-up with the client in the Project and Maintenance phases
  • User support

Main requirements

  • Up to 3y of experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge of IT and operating systems
  • Excellent abilities for software learning from the user side
  • Experience in contact with clients / public
