Intro

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work with our team, to help us bring delightful, market-fresh easy cooking back to the people. Marley Spoon is re-inventing the global food supply chain to reduce unethical food waste. We are connecting consumers with quality producers, providing fresh food directly to customer's homes. In order to achieve this, we are developing innovative applications to inspire and empower cooks to find and prepare food they love.

As part of the product team at Marley Spoon, you will be instrumental in supporting our Logistics and other service teams around the world and driving our technology forward. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams in Berlin, as well as our business stakeholders in Berlin HQ and across the globe.

The role:

• Build an amazing delivery experience for our customers by working closely with our Logistics teams across the world
• Dive into the data to improve our logistics platform, both for our customers’ experience and Marley Spoon’s bottom line
• Drive forward our system communications infrastructure and expanded integrations of other backend services
• Improve existing and establish new communication channels so that internal teams and customers are aware of important changes
• Support our Customer Communications team and help improve their processes as they speak directly with our customers regarding delivery and other systems integrations
• Understand strategic & operational needs of the stakeholders
• Create and own your team’s roadmap and vision
• Work with your engineering team to execute the backlog and execute tech improvements
• Work with the Product Management team to manage dependencies, define strategies, and optimise agile processes

Main requirements

• You have managed end-to-end development of consumer-facing and technical features: including conceptualization, planning, execution, evaluation and impact analysis
• You are proactive! You come up with great ideas and prove them with data
• You can execute with minimal hand-holding, but also know when to seek support
• You anticipate the needs of your stakeholders and users
• You know what it means to be agile; product management methodologies make you happy
• You are obsessed with our customers and do everything to delight them
• You know the balance between building the next big thing and improving existing features
• You are ok with change and know what it means to work in an early-stage company
• You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• You like to cook, or eat, or both!

• You can find your way around and understand code
• You have worked with supply-chain management and production environments before
• You have a solid understanding of technology and keep up with the latest trends

• You're as comfortable in wireframes are you are in git commits
• You work with a deep product understanding, both customer-facing and technical
• You have worked with customer-facing subscription applications before
