Dedicated to data, our digital analytics team passionately pursue impactful, actionable insights across the organisation. As the driving force behind our digital transformation and customer-driven approach, they interpret all they can gather online and offline to create a fact-based culture and drive ‘first-in-class’ customer experiences.

The challenge

  • In this challenging specialist role, you will own the domain of analytics expertise You will collect, track, mine, and analyse data to extract fact-based insights related to our digital customer journey and drive strategies and business decisions behind global-scale projects, including:
    • digital customer voice insights
    • interactive dashboard
    • data newsroom concept
    • customer segmentation
    • personalisation
    • audience management
    • enterprise analytics implementation
    • business intake on database integration
    • ...and more!

You will also support the head of digital analytics in blueprinting, establishing, and rolling out the digital customer journey KPI framework as the ‘digital, single-source of truth’ for LeasePlan.

Main requirements

You’re extremely driven, with substantial experience as a digital analyst. You are also passionate about using your expertise to solve complex business problems and deliver business impact.

You know what it takes to establish a best-in-class enterprise-level digital analytics eco-system because you’ve done it before.

Plus, you’re a seasoned professional when it comes to:

  • Advanced analytical and data visualisation techniques that optimise digital customer journey(s), creating a financial impact.
  • Digital marketing and eCommerce business intelligence environments (with at least 5 years experience, preferably in the online retail industry).
  • Reporting skills, including business intelligence, data visualisation, and dashboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics (Adobe/Google), DMP (Krux/Adobe Audience Manager), personalisation (Target/Monetate/Maxymiser), advanced analytics (Python/R/Spark), visualisation and data blending (Tableau/MicroStrategy/Alteryx/SQL).

Last, but not least, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or a quantitative field, like mathematics or science.
