Your Role

As a member of our Talent Success team, you will be responsible for defining strategies to guarantee that the monthly targets are accomplished. For that, and as we really believe in collaborative work, you will be working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams. 

You will also manage a team of freelancers that will support you to guarantee that the strategies defined are executed. This means that you will train this team and provide them the right tools and processes to ensure their performance and that they give the best experience to the candidates.

You will become an expert in tech recruitment market to guide our community.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and training of the freelancers team
  • Results control and definition of strategies to guarantee the goals are met
  • Definition and improvement of processes to increase the efficiency of the team
  • Select the right candidates given the opportunities available at the platform (matching)
  • Understand what are our talents’ interests and career goals
  • Share market insights (countries, visa, relocation, etc.) and the salary conditions our Talent deserves
  • Help improving things like CV and Landing.jobs’ profile
  • Give support during the hiring process, including help with decision-making regarding salary negotiations and relocation processes
  • Be involved in different and challenging projects across the company

Main requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working within tech recruiting
  • Capacity to manage challenging projects and willingness to manage teams
  • You must be a people’s person and empathic
  • Data driven mindset and solution oriented
  • Positive and proactive attitude, always aiming for more
  • Fluent in English so you can talk with our users that come from all over the world

  • Previous startup experience
