Your Role

As a member of our Talent Success team, your main responsibility will be to plan and execute initiatives to guarantee the monthly targets of candidates hired, for your assigned market. This means you will be working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to make sure the best candidates are being attracted and companies are engaged with their candidates.

You will also manage a team of freelancers that will support you in the planned initiatives. This means that you will train and provide them the right tools and processes to ensure their performance and the best experience to candidates.

 In this process, we also expect you to become an expert in tech recruitment for the market you'll be assigned to.

 

What you will be doing

  • Plan and execute initiatives to accomplish the candidates hired targets
  • Control of the candidates' pipeline and result prediction
  • Recruitment, management and training of the freelancers allocated to your market;
  • Definition and improvement of processes to increase the efficiency of the team
  • Create market knowledge and contents that can be shared internally with our team and externally with our community
  • Give support during the hiring process, including help with decision-making regarding salary negotiations and relocation processes
  • Be involved in different and challenging projects across the company

Main requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working within tech recruiting
  • You must be a people’s person and empathic
  • Fluency in English (so you can talk with our global userbase)

  • Previous startup experience
  • Previous experience in an international environment
  • Capacity to manage challenging projects and willingness to manage teams
  • Positive and proactive attitude, always aiming for more
