We are based in Lisbon but we have our team spread across Germany, Spain and UK and we are planning to soon take over a new market and increase our pool of 90K+ users and 200+ active companies!

Your Role


At Landing.jobs, we help some of our strategic clients with specific recruitment needs through an onsite trained person from Landing.jobs to help them on their daily business and team growth. 

This person will be part of our support network to our partners, which has the final goal of achieving the maximum number of hires for our clients and also to take the most out of the platform. 


What you will be doing

  •  Sourcing and management of technical profiles and recruitment through Landing.jobs and other channels
  • Management of multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Representation in events and other forums on behalf of the partner 
  • Management of recruitment processes and Application Tracking System 
  • Operationalize employer branding efforts online and offline 


Main requirements

  •  2 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken 
  • Experience in managing recruitment stakeholders, such as agencies, platforms and other
  • Experience in sourcing on multiple channels 
  • Ability to manage recruitment processes through adequate tools 
  • Knowledge of the local ecosystem 

Nice to have

 
  • Experience in recruitment in product companies
  • Experience with technological recruitment
