We are looking for a talented intern to help us grow tech recruitment platform while leaning about all the background work that happens before people get to know Landing.jobs!

As a User Acquisition Intern, these are some of the things you’ll have the chance to work on:

  • Setting up and managing a wide array of performance marketing campaigns (be it Pay-Per-Click channels, display advertising or retargeting activity)
  • Research try and evaluate new platforms that we can use to get new users
  • Do some market research and benchmark our competition
  • Reporting, recommendation and campaign summarising

We pride ourselves for being restless about trying and experimenting new approaches - nothing is set in stone and all your input will be discussed. Prove us there’s a better way to do some things and we’ll helping you making it happen!

You’ll have the opportunity to do all of this amongst a crazy & talented (and crazily talented!) team, determined to turn Landing.jobs into the go-to place for everything related to tech jobs and careers.

Main requirements

  • Availability for at least 3 months starting in Spring/Summer 2018
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, extreme attention to detail (but no robots please)
  • Having a certain dose of tech-geekiness
  • Creative thinker (think diagonally)
  • Team player (no assholes - if one of us fails, everyone fails)
  • Great communication skills - verbal and written English
  • Proactive, not reactive (get things done before you’re asked to & more importantly, find things we didn’t even dream about asking)
  • In case you are not based in Portugal, you should be eligible for Erasmus Internships / Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs

Nice to have

  • Strong Excel skills (you can bend data to your will)
  • Any other languages besides English are a great addition
  • Experience in creative copywriting
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress and working with content management systems
