Intro

Landing’s mission is to reshape the future of work by transforming the way career development and hiring work. As a step on this journey, we’ve just launched a new product that we’re calling Landing.work.

We’ve launched Landing.work to help solve some of the challenges tech professionals face when working remotely as contractors, which are two growing trends. Landing.work will help tech professionals benefit from all the advantages of working as a Contractor such as getting higher pay, choosing their own clients and setting their own rates.

Our plan for the first months is to roll-out Landing.work for contractors based in Portugal and learn a lot from the process. Being part of this team means you are going to help and evaluate contractors during the evaluation process. You will also support our Operations team to guarantee that we are providing the best service possible.

What you will be doing

  • Support and evaluate the contractors going through the evaluation funnel;
  • Understand what are our contractors’ likes and dislikes about the process;
  • Help improving things like CV and Landing.work’s profile;
  • Give support during the matching process, including rate counselling, career development opportunities and others;
  • Match client projects with the best contractors available;
  • Share useful information about companies and job openings;


 This is a remote position which means that you can work from wherever you want (as long as you manage 5+ hours of common working time with the remaining team). However, with freedom comes responsibility - this means your work will be measured by the results you present.

Main requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced environments;
  • (Plus) Experience in account manager and recruitment;
  • Accountability and ownership of your own responsibilities;
  • You must be a people’s person and someone really communicative;
  • Data-driven mindset and solution-oriented;
  • Positive and proactive attitude, always aiming for more;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Multi-tasking ability.
