As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a new talented member to join our marketing team. This person will have to embody the brand and his/her main objective is to grow our brand awareness and employer branding.


  • Understand both of our audiences, tech professionals and tech recruiters, and interact with them in a personalized way (basically, we need you to be a social chameleon).
  • Engage with and befriend our community both online and offline to educate them about the value of our brand.
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns that reflect what our brand is about.
  • Produce and create engaging content such as text, images and videos for our social media accounts.
  • Monitor, report and answer to customer interactions/feedback.
  • Organize and manage events, as well as establish partnerships, to promote our brand awareness, strengthen employer branding and attract new companies and talent to the platform.
  • Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times - both internally and externally.

Apart from that, you’ll be a contributing member of our marketing team so with anything that we are working on, your input and collaboration will be valued and helpful.

Main requirements

  • Approachable, charismatic and energetic personality.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and tools and in organizing offline and online events.
  • A considerable dose of tech-geekiness, otherwise you won’t be able to perform at your new role.
  • Being proactive, not reactive (get things done before you’re asked to and, more importantly, find things we didn’t even think about asking).
  • Team player (no assholes - if one of us fails, everyone fails).
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills - fluent verbal and written English.

Nice to have

  • Photo and video recording/editing interest and experience.
  • Previous experience as brand ambassador or community manager.
  • Curious about tech talent and topics.
  • Languages such as German and Spanish are a great addition.
  • Being a chocolate lover. We get overly excited about it in the marketing room and, even though it’s not crucial, we’re not sure how we would feel about having someone who doesn’t share this passion in the team. Maybe you’re the one to come and save us from this curse.
