We are looking for a Business Developer for our Spanish market who will be working from the magical city of Barcelona.

You will find yourself in a dynamic and challenging environment to work alongside an international team with a very powerful mission: help awesome people land great tech jobs and supporting them during the course of their careers.

About your role - you will:

  • Identify and contact Recruitment decision makers 
  • Represent our brand and establish a strong network by being active in the Spanish HR community
  • Generate leads, qualify them and manage campaigns 
  • Continuously develop relationships with current and future customers, by helping them building their tech teams

Main requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of Sales experience 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Ability to speak Spanish at a Business level
  • Ability to help grow the Spanish market 
  • Proactive, hands-on and great communicator
  • Able to build rapport and establish credibility with different stakeholders
  • Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
  • Availability to travel

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Tech and/or Tech Recruitment
  • Experience in marketplaces 
  • Experience & network in the HR/ Recruiting Industry in Spain
