We’re hiring someone with Business Development experience to join our lovely Lisbon HQ, right at the heart of Lisbon. Quite simple: we want to offer our candidates the right-fit tech jobs in the market and we want you to help us achieve this! Once you jump into our Business Development team, you will be responsible for:

  • Bringing employers that are searching for tech talent to
  • Increase the reach of our brand in the market, especially in the Porto area
  • Make sure everyone in Portugal knows our platform and Tech Community

How will you do this? With the help of our amazing team and with your hands-on approach! We are also counting with your experience to help us to grow and improve internal processes.

Main requirements

  • 2+ years of experience dealing with companies (Business Development or Sales)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Hands-on approach with a results-oriented mentality
  • Able to build rapport and establish credibility with different stakeholders
  • Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
  • Availability to travel within Portugal

  • Crush on the Tech ecosystem in Portugal
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, and very startup-driven
  • Strong network in the HR/Recruiting industry
  • Proven experience doing business in Porto
