We are looking for an Account Manager for our Spanish market who will be working from the magical city of Barcelona.

About your role - you will:

  • Be active in the Spanish HR community to represent our brand and establish a strong network
  • Be responsible to keep track of customer satisfaction and ensure customer success
  • Acquire employers that are searching for tech talent to our platform

Main requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Account Management (Customer Success or Business Development) 
  • Fluency in English, Spanish with knowledge of the Spanish culture
  • Tech Recruitment Knowledge
  • Network among tech companies in Barcelona (and Spain!)
  • Ability to help grow the spanish market 
  • Empathic, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
  • Able to build rapport and establish credibility with different stakeholders
  • Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
  • Availability to travel

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplaces
