We're now looking for an Account Manager to supercharge the next stage of our growth in Spain by getting and keeping the best employers to make their first port of call when it comes to hiring top tech talent.

We’re hiring someone with Account Management experience to join our lovely Lisbon HQ, right at the heart of Lisbon. You will find yourself in a dynamic and challenging environment to work alongside an international team (including someone based in Barcelona) with a very powerful mission: help awesome people land great tech jobs and help them in their careers.

We're a two-sided marketplace and you'll be part of the Business Development team, which is responsible for the company client side of the marketplace, develops strategies and frameworks based on strong market insights, scouts for leads, builds pipelines, pitch to clients, closes deals and nurtures relationships over the long term. You will be focussing on building and maintaining key client relationships.

So, let’s talk about your next tasks?

Once you jump into our Business Development team, you will be responsible for:

  • Get a deep understanding of our product, business model and partnerships to support our Spain market
  • Communicating with employers that are searching for tech talent
  • Responsible to keep track of customer satisfaction and make sure that what is sold happens
  • Cultivation of existing accounts and relationships
  • Identifying open cross-selling opportunities
  • Recommending potential products or services to the management team by collecting customer information and analyzing their needs
  • Being part of the Landing Festival Barcelona chapter which will happen soon!

How will you do this? With the help of our amazing team (both in Lisbon and Barcelona) and with your creativity. We are also counting with your experience to help us to grow and improve processes.

Main requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience dealing with companies (Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excited to go beyond for customers
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable with change
  • Solution oriented mentality
  • Able to build rapport and establish credibility with different stakeholders
  • Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
  • You are a natural communicator
  • Experience working with a remote team
  • Availability to travel to Spain

Nice to have

  • You are familiar with Spain and Spanish culture
  • You have a strong network in the HR/Recruiting industry
  • You’ve been through hiring processes and know how painful they can be for both candidates and employers
