We're now looking for an Account Manager to supercharge the next stage of our growth by getting the best employers in Germany to make their first port of call when it comes to hiring top tech talent.

Are you looking for a first job opportunity and want to improve your business skills? So, go ahead and take a glimpse. We're a two-sided marketplace and you'll be part of the Business Development team, which is responsible for the company client side of the marketplace, develops strategies and frameworks based on strong market insights, scouts for leads, builds pipelines, pitch to clients, closes deals and nurtures relationships over the long term. You will be focussing on building and maintaining key client relationships.

So, your next tasks:

  • Get a deep understanding of our product, business model and partnerships to support the entire team (yup, we are a startup, so be ready to get your hands dirty while supporting different teams)
  • Communicating with employers that are searching for tech talent
  • Cultivation of existing accounts and relationships
  • Identifying open cross-selling opportunities
  • Recommending potential products or services to the management team by collecting customer information and analyzing their needs

Main requirements

  • A master degree in Management, Economics or Engineering
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable with change
  • You are a natural communicator and have outstanding interpersonal skills
  • You don’t give up easily (we are looking for full-time hustlers)
  • You are ambitious and goal-oriented
  • You are proactive and willing to make an impact
  • Interested in the Tech world

Nice to have

Prior experience in account management. Doesn’t matter how long it was, we want to hear about it.
