We are looking for an Account Manager for our German market who will be working from our HQ in Lisbon!

About your role - you will:

  • Be active in the German HR community to represent our brand and establish a strong network
  • Be responsible to keep track of customer satisfaction and ensure customer success

Main requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Account Management (Customer Success or Business Development) 
  • Fluency in English and German with knowledge of the German culture
  • Tech Recruitment Knowledge
  • Ability to help grow the german market 
  • Empathic, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
  • Able to build rapport and establish credibility with different stakeholders
  • Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
  • Availability to travel



Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplaces 
  • Experience & network in the HR/ Recruiting Industry in Germany
