What we are looking for

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our high performing development organization. As part of our team, you will play a key role in helping us deliver quality products that exceed customer expectations. In addition to writing automated tests, you will need to evaluate and select the appropriate frameworks and tools. You will need to have a passion for continuous improvements and all aspects of development from build tooling to testing to delivery.


  • Develop high quality automation test engineering best practices, test strategy and principles
  • Develop testing scenarios/cases to address areas such as software scenarios, regression testing, error or defect retests, usability and compatibility
  • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and/or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
  • Interact with the product delivery team; participate in product requirement/design reviews to provide input on completeness of functional requirements, product
    designs, and schedules
  • Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, with focus to mitigate risks
  • Improve tools and processes to enable seamless Continuous Integration
  • Closely monitor industry trends and progress in the automation tool space, maintaining our tools and processes as state-of-the-art

Main requirements

  • Bachelor or higher Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in an automated quality testing environment using tools like Selenium
  • At least 2 years of experience with API Testing
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Agile, preferably on Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodology
  • Experience writing code/tests in one or more programming languages
  • Experience as an Agile team member (Scrum/Kanban) and being Agile/Lean
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Well organized and quality driven
  • Pro-active and capable to think out of the box
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with our Development, Product and Business departments
