Your impact:

As a mid-level Software Engineer (in Test Automation), you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and deploying test automation capabilities and automated test suites. You will work closely with both the QA and Development teams to assess automation requirements, suggest solutions, and develop automation tests and tools. While we are partially automated, we are working towards total test automation in integration pipelines and empowering development teams to own the quality of their apps.

To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of end-to-end automation and be comfortable with independent project execution. You will also collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and ensure that testing efforts are integrated into the software development process.

Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure the quality of our software products by developing and maintaining automated test suites that accurately and efficiently test our applications.

About you:

2+ years of experience as an SDET with a strong emphasis on Software Quality Engineering
Experience with QA automation test framework development and API testing using Java and JavaScript
Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing end-to-end automated test suites for web
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Proficiency with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and software analysis on desktop browsers and mobile devices & platforms
Experience with modern databases (Relational, NoSQL, etc.)
Experience working within an Agile Scrum environment, and with Agile Management tools such as JIRA or equivalent ALM tools
Interested in learning a complex alternative investments software suite, consisting of multiple product lines
Able to take the perspective of a variety of internal and external users
Intermediate English speaker

Background in the Fintech industry and experience with complex technical integrations (APIs, web services) as well as cloud platforms is a plus.
