","main_requirements":"

Someone who is good at communication (C1 English level) and managing teams, define test strategies and co-ordinate E2E testing experience.
Strong experience as QE Lead
Experience of Saas solutions, understanding the challenges which come with trying to test them • Full lifecycle QE management experience
Managing off-shore personnel
Experienced in stakeholder management.
Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.)
Superb communicator
Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line)
Strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects
Deliver testing on time, managing all test activities, risks and reporting
