Intro

As a Developer Support Engineer, you will delve into the product on a technical level and assist developers using GoCardless. You'll guide integrators through the capabilities of our service, and help them to get the most out of our API. You'll also help the Operations team internally by being an expert in the inner workings of our product, handling data requests, configuring accounts, and providing guidance on complex support and risk prevention cases.

Everyday you will be:

  • Working as part of a close-knit team to provide legendary support.
  • Acting as the first line for technical enquiries across multiple channels.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging integration issues.
  • Advising on best-practice solutions for our technical customers' requirements.
  • Working with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure that our service meets the highest standards.
  • Identifying creative ways to improve our tools and processes.

You will work with a friendly, enthusiastic team and have opportunities to learn from both your colleagues in the support team and our engineers. Our team come from a variety of backgrounds and we welcome diversity
