The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the ongoing implementation of data collection activities, ensuring data governance, and contributing to reporting and data visualization improvements. This position also involves data analysis, assisting with the organizational taxonomy review, and supporting improvement initiatives, with a focus on the efficient use of BI tools and developing detailed reports for various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support continuous listening roll-out and operations:
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful execution of continuous feedback surveys.
Assist with ad hoc survey activities, including further development of leavers' feedback surveys.
Support data and reporting governance, including:
- Data quality (DQ) monitoring.
- Supporting data stewards and power users.
- Participating in Service Level Agreement (SLA) discussions.
Assist with organizational taxonomy review and operations:
- Contribute to the maintenance and management of organizational taxonomy to ensure consistency in data.
Contribute to reporting and data visualization projects, including:
- Utilize OBIA, OTBI, OBIEE tools for reporting and analysis.
- Generate reports for LFS (Logistics, Finance, and Services) and RPMO (Risk, Project, and Management Office).
Handle ad hoc reporting requests, including:
- Core HR, TA, PM reporting inquiries.
- Sick leave analysis.
- Annual reports.
Support the monthly reporting cycle:
- Ensure monthly reports are delivered accurately and within established timelines.
Participate in improvement initiatives:
- Contribute suggestions and implement improvements to existing processes.
