Define and coordinate with Business unit manager strategy for Sub-unit development
Prepare sub-unit budget and looks after its execution and updates
Assign projects and tasks among team member
Participate in forecast preparation and look after team utilization
Analyze and define business goals and develop balanced scorecards
Provide project management expertise
Provide direction and support to project team
Determine the need for training and talent development
Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and devise strategies to help with improvement
Delegate duties and tasks within the team
Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards
Support the team and delivery management in achieving the established goals and targets
Coach and motivate team to bring the best out of each team member
Organize regular seminars and training courses to further develop the Division technical, functional and soft-skill capabilities

","main_requirements":"

University degree in IT or similar
5+ years of experience in a similar role
IT background
Salesforce experience is a plus
Previous experience working within international teams in a multinational environment
Pro-active and dynamic profile with people management aptitude
Strong sense of empathy and compassion
Excellent collaboration, communication and problem solving skills
Strong affinity for digital topics and an interest in thinking outside the box
Passionate about working with (and for) people
