Primarily your role is 1st to 3rd Line IT Support

Specific role duties include

  • Providing technical support to clients both onsite and remotely.
  • Researching and seeking solutions to problems and documenting findings.
  • Traveling around London / UK as necessary visiting clients.
  • Managing various services via online portals and control panels.
  • Responsible for managing cloud services
  • Providing research reports related to new and existing technologies.

This role includes exposure and full responsibility to technologies typically related to the provision of IT infrastructure for varying businesses from hosted exchange to server virtualization.

Main requirements

  • Confidence in managing Microsoft Windows servers and technology; MCSE or equivalent beneficial.

  • A good communicator who is friendly and patient and is happy engaging with VIP clients while demonstrating professionalism. This is combined with a good technical knowledge necessary for the delivery of 1st to 3rd line support.

  • Able to take ownership of a problem, research it and provide a resolution in a timely and effective manner. Ideally you enjoy reading and learning about technology.

  • You are someone who is flexible with regards to your duties and have a positive approach to your work. You enjoy contributing to building a motivated environment.

  • You have management ability to take on more of the company owners responsibilities.
