Working in the IT Support (m/f) at Coya you will be part of our IT support team and be the first person of contact for our employees in case of technical questions or issues. You will enable the team by setting up and maintaining our equipment and network infrastructure to smoothly perform their work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees in case of technical support questions or issues with the technical equipment
  • Support Coya’s Software and Hardware (laptops, network, printers, smartphones etc.)
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Install, configure and maintain Coya’s equipment (computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, etc.) and office infrastructure
  • Automate and manage the provisioning of user and devices (laptops, smartphones)
  • Help build Coya’s Knowledge & Process Database and troubleshooting articles
  • Technical onboarding of new employees
  • Secure our network and devices

Main requirements

  • Ideally you have had some training and/or equivalent working experience in IT and system administration

  • Experience providing IT Support

  • Experience with Mac, Windows and Linux

  • You have a high service orientation, like to work with people and are a approachable person - people like coming to you with their question because they know, you will help them to solve it

  • You are a real team player and bring extensive communication skills

  • You are to work in an English speaking environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in automating device provisioning

  • Experience with google gsuits tools

  • Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)

  • German skills
