You’re someone who’s smart, organized, motivated and gets things done. You’d love to work in a startup environment with other start-ups, scale-ups or innovative (web)app projects for startups, scale-ups, SME’s or enterprise clients. You have ideas about everything, and you’re not afraid to defend your point (while respecting everyone else’s, of course). You will inspire and learn from your colleagues.

You hardly ever stress out, and love to shoot Nerf guns.

Main requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager position, or similar*
  • You know how to motivate and manage people
  • You are eager to listen and learn
  • You are able to manage expectations with various stakeholders
  • You are not afraid to make tough decisions, even if this goes against the grain
  • You are a natural communicator, both written and verbally and are fluent in English
  • You are self-organised as you will be responsible for running your own projects
  • You have a technical background (ideally in JS, PHP or Python) and can participate in technical conversations, both internally and with clients
  • You know a sprint is not only something athletes do

    * If you are a developer with a knack for communicating and planning, we would also be interested in talking to you.

Nice to have

  • Being proficient in Dutch and/or Portuguese
  • Having hands-on knowledge with computer languages and/or systems and surrounding practices (Git, CLI, ...)
  • Having affinity with or knowledge of management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Having a degree in Computer Science, Management or similar
