Job Responsibilities - Your contribution to something big! 

  • Shape the new energy management solution from Bosch in the context of IoT, connectivity and artificial intelligence;
  • Be part of a talented multi-cultural and cross-functional software team;
  • Design, implementation and testing of energy management features for the Bosch Smart Home System;
  • Design and develop system architecture, technical functions and algorithms;
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code and/or functional specifications;
  • Support continuous improvement by actively investing and presenting alternatives and new technologies for architectural review;
  • Optimize workflows to improve continuous integration, delivery and deployment.

Main requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
  • Advanced knowledge in systems engineering, function and algorithm design;
  • Experience with MATLAB, signal processing and control engineering;
  • Experience with Java or comparable programming languages;
  • Ability to work in an international team environment;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions;
  • Pro-active, dynamic and responsible attitude
