Responsibilities will include

  • Help improve the overall experience of our platform.
  • Identify areas of improvements in the code base and help with contributions to make it better, faster and stronger, both client and server-side.
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into our code base. Are you a designer by heart? Nice bonus on that.
  • Write quality and reusable code.
  • Work independently as well as a team.
  • Take ownership on the development of new features or bug fixing.
  • Contribute to our remote culture.

Main requirements

  • 2 years of work experience 
  • Understanding of CSS, HTML and Javascript.
  • Experience working with modern front-end frameworks (eg. Angular, React, Vue.js, etc)
  • Basic knowledge on CSS pre-processors, like SASS and LeSS.
  • Basic knowledge on package managers and build tools, like npm and webpack.
  • Basic knowledge on testing with tools such as Mocha, Selenium or similar.
  • Experience with REST APIs, both client and server-side.
  • Awareness on browsers compatibility issues.
  • Experience working with code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Interested about SEO.
  • Based in Portugal is mandatory

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Python, Node.JS
  • Experience in any of the following frameworks: Django, Flask;
