Want to join a dynamic, expanding tech startup? Bannerwise is a fast growing, Amsterdam based start-up. We’ve built a software-tool that helps ad agencies and advertisers simplify digital ad creation. Founded by two guys in late 2014, we are now a team of 16 and just opened a hub in Lisbon, Portugal. We’re young, ambitious and dedicated to build and grow the company while having a lot of fun doing it.

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. As Customer Support Agent you're responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by answering product and service questions and investigate, report and solve technical problems and issues occurring within the platform. In addition you're responsible to attract potential customers by engaging users, detecting opportunities and explaining features during their on-boarding/trial period. On top of that you'll maintain and manage the help center articles, tutorials and how to guides.


As Customer Support Agent it's your job to act as an extension to the product and sales team. You are always ready to help customers and provide the best possible solutions. You are an ambassador of the product and the first line representative for all our customers.

Main requirements

  • Your skills(et)

    • You have a proven customer support experience in a SaaS environment (minimum of 1-3 years of working experience)
    • You’re fluent in English, both oral and written
    • You have strong communication skills
    • You are familiar with CRM systems and practices
    • You are customer oriented and have the ability to adapt to different types of characters
    • You are able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • You are able to translate technical info into customer facing content
    • You are tech savvy
