Intro

To join our Operation Services team based in Lisbon. You will have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and to grow inside a multinational company.

You will have to monitor and manage Altitude’s customers’ implemented IT systems, ensuring their performance, security and availability. At last, you are expected to guarantee the implementation of system improvements, aiming its optimization.

Main requirements

  • Base education in IT, systems administration or related areas with at least 2 years of proven experience as sysadmin;
  • Windows and virtual environments (VMWare/ HyperV);
  • Good knowledge of scripting (batch/ power shell/ vbscript) and SQL servers;
  • Knowledge of Linux and SIP / TCP protocols;
  • ITIL certification;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong communication, teamwork and commitment.
